由于苏创的工作人员输错了我的email,再加上IBM声称没有收到小佘发的传真件,升级一年质保的事情泡汤了.这两天因为这个和苏创的店长吵了两次,浪费电话费若干.最终还是没能升级两年保,苏创同意退回相关费用,没办法,只能这样了. [cry]
